Terms of Service for Match More

1. Eligibility

Match More is available to users aged 18 and older.
By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that are explicit, pornographic, or depict illegal activities.
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws, including but not limited to California state laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise misuse the app.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of all uploaded photos. Match More only uses photos for AI analysis and feedback purposes.

All other app content, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is owned by Match More and protected by copyright law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Match More is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Match More makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated feedback or scores.
Feedback is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as professional or factual advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

Match More is not liable for damages arising from inaccuracies in feedback, data loss, or app interruptions.
Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

By using Match More, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in California, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Match More reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Subscription and Billing

Match More operates on a subscription-based model. Fees are charged on a weekly basis unless canceled.
Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods unless required by California law.

9. Account Termination

Match More may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Engaging in behavior that harms other users or the app's integrity.
